Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Security Specialists and intelligence professionals, assigning work, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring staff training and development
- Build recommendations that shape agency-wide policies, analyze proposed legislative and policy changes, and develop cost models for value-based national security IT decisions
- Serve as the agency's representative before stakeholders on sensitive program and administrative issues, persuading stakeholders and building coalitions
- Set short- and long-term goals, manage budgets and resource allocation, identify process gaps, and introduce new techniques to improve Division operations
Qualifications
- Experience leading or managing federal national security programs, including developing policies in accordance with Intelligence Community Directives
- Background representing an organization before senior federal officials and interagency partners (White House, National Security Council, HHS, OMB, or Congressional offices)
- Experience advising senior leadership on threat landscapes, enterprise risk management, and disaster recovery operations
- Experience analyzing proposed legislative and regulatory changes for operational impact
Required Skills
- Position: GS-0080-15 (Supervisory)
- Note: Requires a Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
- Drug screening required.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: $169,279 - $197,200/year
