Responsibilities
- Perform operations functions supporting news clips, rollouts, clearance, and web postings of communications materials
- Advise leadership on operations strategies for media activities
- Liaise between press staff, component reps, and leadership regarding operation of processes
- Develop rollout strategies and plans for dissemination of information
- Generate solutions on complex, time-sensitive announcements when conflicts arise
- Provide technical support for media relations activities
Qualifications
Experience overseeing document clearance processes under tight deadlines. Background managing distribution of cleared materials to internal and external audiences. Ability to create data-driven reports and metrics for strategic planning. Experience formulating recommendations to improve workflows and operational processes.

Pay range and compensation package
