WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Analyzing and managing program resources, budgets, spend plans, and funding strategies to support organizational priorities and ensure compliance with no-year or multi-year federal appropriations, fiscal and financial management requirements. Providing advisory services and recommendations to leadership on resource allocation, organizational effectiveness, operational requirements, and strategic planning initiatives for a healthcare program. Developing analytical reports, performance measures, dashboards, interagency agreements, or other management products to support program operations, decision-making, and mission accomplishment.
