WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Applying critical thinking and customer service skills to support information management, coordination, and communication during Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activations, exercises, or emergency responses in support of Incident Management System (IMS) leadership and/or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Delivering all-hazards support for public health preparedness, response, and/or recovery activities associated with domestic and/or international emergencies, including monitoring, analyzing, and/or reporting operational information to support situational awareness and decision-making. Coordinating with internal/external stakeholders and contributing to the development, evaluation, and improvement of emergency management plans, procedures, programs, after-action reviews, and/or corrective action activities. Providing advisory services, identifying, and resolving complex problems on a broad range of emergency response and preparedness activities.
