Centers Choice is a private pay home care agency serving NYC, and Long Island. We are currently hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for Live-In and hourly cases, who are passionate about delivering excellent care and want to work with a company that values and supports its caregivers.
HHA Pay Rate:
- $270/day for Live-In Shifts
- $19.65/hour for training
- $20.00 - $22.00 for hourly cases
- Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit

HHA Requirements:
- Valid New York State HHA Certificate
- Recent Physical
- PPD or QuantiFERON
- MMR Immunization proof
- Two professional references
