Summary: The Medical Model Program Director will lead and manage the Adult Day Care program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered medical services that align with the medical model of care. This role involves overseeing the clinical aspects of the program, promoting the physical and mental health of participants, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee medical programs that focus on health monitoring, medical assessments, and treatment planning for participants.
- Ensure the delivery of person-centered care, focusing on the medical and clinical needs of each participant.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, using clinical data to drive adjustments and improvements in care.
- Create and maintain policies and procedures that support the medical model of care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise program staff, promoting a clinical approach to care and professional development in the medical field.
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide training to enhance clinical service delivery.
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and specialists, to facilitate coordinated care.
- Represent the Adult Day Care program at healthcare events and forums to raise awareness of the program's medical services.
- Manage program budgets and resources to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining a high standard of medical care.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field (such as Nursing, Public Health, or related disciplines) required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in program management within adult day care, rehabilitation, or other healthcare settings (preferred).
- Strong understanding of the medical model of care, clinical regulations, and healthcare standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, particularly in a healthcare setting.
