Job Title: Warehouse/Back-up Delivery Driver

Position Objective: Provides the highest level of customer service to customers with a passion of enthusiasm, maintain a safe and organized area. This position requires a flexible schedule with some Saturday & Sunday hours. This employee will maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the cooperative and a favorable image of the cooperative.
Position Responsibilities: This position requires a clean driving record, along with a strong work ethic and be passionate about providing great customer service.

Essential Functions
- Maintain a positive attitude, pleasant, and service-oriented image when communicating with others.
- Handle transactions, voids, markdowns, gift certificates, and tax-exempt purchases.
- Stock and count merchandise as needed.
- Operate tow motor and/or electric pallet jack
- Load and unload products onto or from pallets, trays, racks, or shelves.
- Maintain safe and clean areas
- Daily deliveries, as needed, to customers using hand truck and pallet jack
- Safety while driving is the first priority
- Preventative maintenance and cleanliness of truck is critical
- Daily productivity of truck is the responsibility of driver
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Load customer vehicles
- Assist customers in the store
- Fill propane tanks
- Set up store displays
- Balance out drawer to daily tickets
- Create a positive experience for the customer
- Other tasks as assigned

- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have analytical capabilities
