Occupation Specific Tasks
- Safety is the priority
- Ability to grade grain, sample grain and storage of grain delivered by customers after being properly trained
- Maintain grain grading license
- Work with team to ship and receive grain commodities
- Monitor grain quality and ensure that it meets all standards
- Ability to tear down and rebuild equipment after being properly trained
- Ability to do written reports on machine activity hourly
- Work with team to monitor equipment and troubleshoot equipment
- Attention to details and self-pride in a job well done
- Understand that the team is the face of Centerra Co-op
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Perform other duties as requested by management
