Job Title: Grain MillwrightReports to: Area Operations Manager

Position Objective: The Grain Millwright will help with the grain in the fall and outside of harvest, will work with other millwrights on projects and problem solving at any/all of our locations, which will ultimately result in outstanding customer service.

Occupation Specific Tasks

• Ability to fabricate and weld and build transitions
• Knowing how to work with a crane, rigging and signals
• Reading blueprints
• Understand the flow of grain
  
  

The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, self-starter, strong organizational and problem solving skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both paper and over the phone, as he/she will frequently deal with team members and customers, ability to work long hours under stressful conditions, must be able to routinely meet deadlines. Pay will be based on experience.Required/Preferred Skills: Grain grading license required, will provide training and ongoing continued testing to maintain, CDL Endorsement a plus, will train if needed, welding skills.
