Job Summary And Qualifications
The Director of Quality promotes high quality, patient-centered care by collaborating and supporting aspects of the Quality Management/ Patient Safety Program(s) and Performance Improvement programs across complex organizations (multi-site campus, service lines).
The Director ensures the facilitation and utilization of diverse strategies and communication for quality and performance improvement, supporting an integrated framework for monitoring, evaluating, and improving quality of care.
The Director collaborates with facility leadership to drive care excellence and supports oversight of the hospital regulatory and accreditation program.
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or health-related field – Required
Master’s Degree in nursing or health-related field; may include MHA or MBA - Preferred
3 years clinical experience in a healthcare setting - Required
3 years experience in healthcare quality/risk management - Required
