Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Flood Map Technician to join our team on-site in Alcoa, TN. The role involves conducting precise flood zone determinations by analyzing maps and geographic data. Responsibilities include interpreting property location data, utilizing mapping systems to determine flood risks, maintaining data accuracy, and preparing reports for clients. The candidate will also collaborate with the team to improve processes and ensure the highest level of service quality.
Qualifications
- Skills in interpreting maps, geographic information systems (GIS), and spatial data
- Ability to analyze property location data and assess flood risk accurately
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data accuracy and quality assurance
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for interacting with team members and clients
