What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Painter position at CenterPoint Apartments?
At least five years Experience Required:
-Interior/Exterior Painting - some sprayer exp.
-Texture/Drywall repairs experience. Hang drywall, tape and bed experience, texture patches
-Must leave work area clean upon departure and little to no overspraying
-Must have basic paint skills such as sand, putty, caulk, cut, roll, mask, etc
-Must paint at least one unit a day
-Must be quick neat and clean
-Must have clean criminal record
-Must be dependable and reliable
