The Vice President of Medical Services reports to the Chief Medical Officer, with a dotted line to the Chief Executive Officer and will serve as a senior clinical leader responsible for supporting the CMO in the oversight, performance, and strategic direction of primary care services across multiple clinical sites.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Oversight
- Provide leadership across Family Medicine and Internal Medicine providers
- Partner with the CMO to support clinical strategy, care delivery, and provider performance
- Promote consistency in clinical standards and workflows across multiple sites
Provider Development & Engagement
- Mentor and support physicians and advanced practice providers
- Assist with provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing clinical culture
Quality & Value-Based Care
- Lead initiatives to improve clinical quality metrics and patient outcomes
- Support the organization’s participation in value-based care and population health programs
- Ensure adherence to clinical best practices and regulatory standards
Operational Collaboration
- Work closely with operations leadership to align clinical and operational performance
- Help improve patient access, throughput, and provider productivity
- Contribute to system-wide efforts to standardize care delivery
Compliance & Risk Management
- Support compliance with FTCA requirements, clinical protocols, and regulatory standards
- Ensure clinical documentation and practices meet organizational and federal requirements
Background Profile
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership, provider mentorship, and improving care delivery across a multi-site organization; formal leadership experience preferred, but not required for candidates who show strong aptitude and interest in developing into a leadership role
- Ability to balance clinical practice with administrative leadership responsibilities
- Experience working in primary care, community health, or underserved patient populations preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and administrative leadership
- Commitment to the organization’s mission of improving access to care for diverse and underserved communities
Salary : $240,000 - $280,000
