Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Telecom Lineman/Foreman to lead a crew in our expanding New England market. This is a newly created role based in Burlington VT has the opportunity to run your own team on aerial and underground telecom projects. Centerline is growing — and we’re hiring!
What Will You Do
Lead and manage small crews on aerial & underground projects providing direction and accountability on job sites
Perform pole climbing, lashing, strand building, and fiber splicing prep work
Complete and submit all required project paperwork and documentation
Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining responsibility for crew safety and performance
- Train and mentor junior crew members

What You Will Need
- Proven experience as a telecom lineman
- Ability to travel throughout the New England area
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to take and pass, a DOT Physical
- Within 90 days of the start date, take and pass the OSHA-10 Certification
- Ability to make independent judgments and perform repetitive tasks
- Regular contact with co-workers and customers
- Due to the nature of the role, willingness to travel as needed for projects
Work Environment
- Repeated and frequent ability to lift, from floor to above head 80 lbs continuously
- Ability to sit, stand, climb, kneel, bend, lift, crawl, squat, reach and utilize both hands and feet in an aerial and underground capacity. Environmental Conditions exposure is heat, cold, dust, wet, vibration and very loud noise.
