The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with governmental and private-sector clients, including contractors and agencies involved in traffic safety and signage projects. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and bids, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company goals. Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in traffic safety, construction, manufacturing, or related industries.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to prepare clear proposals, bids, and client reports.
