We have an exciting opportunity for Nurse Practitioner in the Bryan-College Station, TX area.
We are seeking part-time and full-time Nurse Practitioners to join Trumen Physicians and Associates. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the medical director in the management of patients
- Meeting regularly with medical director to discuss patients and collaborate on the plan of care
- Build and maintain a working relationship with facility administration
- Effectively develop relationships with SNF Administrative and Clinical Teams
- Act as a liaison between the SNF and Trumen Physicians
- Assist and Track Patients in Trumen Value Based Programs
Requirements Include:
- Must have a minimum of one year experience working as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Willingness to work in Bryan-College Station
