At Centerline Drivers we are hiring a Transportation Compliance Manager who will report onsite in Southern CA (San Bernardino)!
This is a key leadership role that will manage a team of 10 compliance professionals, support more than 1,500 drivers nationwide, and collaborate closely with our global partners. The Compliance Manager is critical to ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all of our lines of business while keeping drivers moving and clients supported.
Qualifications we are looking for include:
✅ Proven experience in compliance, safety, or transportation management (5 years)
✅ Demonstrated leadership skills with team management experience (5 years)
✅ Strong problem solving, organizational, and communication abilities
✅ A commitment to safety and regulatory compliance in the transportation industry
