Role Description
The Leasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, responsible for overseeing leasing activities and supporting overall property performance. Day-to-day duties include managing the full leasing cycle—from initial inquiry and property tours to application processing, lease signing, and renewals—while maintaining accurate lease documentation and records. The Leasing Manager conducts market research to stay informed about local rental trends, competitive properties, and pricing strategies, and collaborates with property management to adjust marketing and leasing plans accordingly. This role also focuses on resident retention by building positive resident relationships, responding to inquiries and concerns, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and supporting community events or initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction. The Leasing Manager works closely with ownership and operations teams to meet occupancy targets, uphold company standards, and ensure a professional, welcoming experience for all prospective and current residents.
Qualifications
- Experience with leases, lease administration, and accurate lease documentation, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of property management practices and resident retention strategies to support occupancy and long-term value.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze local rental and competitive market trends to inform pricing and marketing decisions.
