This role involves assembling, installing, and inspecting stop collars and centralizer systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards. The Shop Technician will perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on shop equipment, safely operate forklifts and other material-handling devices, and prepare products for shipment. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols, accurately documenting work performed, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. The Technician will work closely with operations and engineering staff to support continuous improvement and ensure reliable product performance.

- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve mechanical or process problems.
- Candidates should possess safe and certified Forklift Operation skills for material handling and inventory movement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing fields is beneficial.
- Ability to read basic drawings or work instructions and use hand and power tools safely.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing or shop environment, including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks, with adherence to safety requirements.
