Automotive Parts Department Stock & Inventory Associate

Centereach Hyundai is looking for a motivated, dependable, and organized individual to join our growing Parts Department as a Parts Stock & Inventory Associate.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments.
• Verify quantities and check for damaged or incorrect parts.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse and showroom locations.
• Organize and maintain a clean, efficient parts department.
• Pull parts for technicians and sales staff accurately and promptly.
• Assist Parts Advisors with customer orders when needed.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Package and prepare parts for returns and transfers.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
