Medical Assistant or PCT
Location: Bealeton, Virginia
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is capable to work independenlty and also help with administrative duties, including clearing the fax, and fax medical records when the practice is not busy. Having some computer knowledge is a must.
Schedule:
- Mandatory Every Other Saturday
- Weekday Hours: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday hours: 9am to 5pm
- Rotating schedule.
Pay:
$15.00 – $17.00/hour, depending on experience and certification level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and record accurate vital signs
- Prepare patients for examination and assist with procedures
- Administer vaccines and document appropriately
- Collect patient history and update EMR systems thoroughly
- Upload and maintain accurate patient records
- Stock exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Perform front office tasks as needed (cross-training required)
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
- Demonstrate professionalism and patience at all times
- Prioritize tasks efficiently in a high-volume clinical setting
- Monitor and respond to patient needs promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with providers, nurses, and administrative staff
Qualifications:
- Clinical Medical Assistant with experiences.
- Someone who has worked as PCT at a hospital setting.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced medical or urgent care setting is a plus
- EMR/EHR experience strongly preferred
- Must be a quick learner with excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
- Willingness to cross-train and support both clinical and front desk duties
