Full-time position available for an Optician in Tri-Cities' premier optometric practice.

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated individual with a friendly, outgoing personality. Some responsibilities of the position include: assisting patients with the best lenses/frames for their visual tasks, explaining insurance benefits, processing lab orders, dispensing new eyewear, repairing and adjusting eyewear and assisting in inventory management.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong background in retail sales and customer service
- Optical experience is preferred but not required as training is provided
- Experience with EMR systems and medical records
- Familiarity with medical coding and billing practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-centered environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
