Purpose of Temporary Role
Due to increased workflow demands across Risk Management, Loan Servicing, Payment Processing, and Asset Management, as well as year-end client deliverables, we require temporary staffing support through the end of the year. The Due Diligence Specialist will provide critical administrative, processing, and cross-departmental support to ensure that operational deadlines are met and client expectations are maintained during this elevated workload period.
This temporary role is essential to:
- Maintain service levels during high-volume cycles
- Support multiple departments experiencing year-end backlog
- Ensure timely completion of client-critical documentation
- Reduce risk caused by processing delays
- Maintain compliance and accuracy across sensitive data workflows
This position is not intended as a long-term hire but as immediate support needed through December 31st to stabilize workloads and maintain operational efficiency.

The temporary Due Diligence Specialist will interact with multiple departments, gaining exposure to all facets of the business while supporting short-term operational needs.
Temporary Position Summary
The Due Diligence Specialist will work directly with Risk Management, Customer Service, Payment Processing, Asset Management, and Executive teams to support daily tasks and project-based assignments. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to perform repetitive yet critical processing tasks involving sensitive client documentation.
This temporary hire ensures continuity of operations during high-volume months and supports the team in meeting year-end deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing & Administrative Support
- Review client files for accuracy and completeness
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Sort, organize, file, and verify documents as they are received
- Maintain knowledge of required documents for various workflows
- Assist with receptionist, shipping, mailing, and other office support needs
- Provide cross-departmental administrative support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet short-term business needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently and consistently on repetitive tasks
- Demonstrated urgency and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills, especially in document handling
