Center Stage Productions is a design and build firm specializing in custom holiday décor, children’s play environments, barricades, and large-format graphics for premier retail and commercial clients. We’re looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead our production and installation teams.
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence across all projects—from fabrication through final installation. You’ll ensure everything runs efficiently, on time, and at the highest level of quality, especially during our fast-paced holiday season.
- Lead daily operations across fabrication, logistics, warehousing, and installation
- Partner with design, sales, and project teams to execute projects seamlessly
- Manage schedules, labor, materials, and installation timelines
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
- Build, lead, and motivate production and installation teams
- Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Monitor budgets, labor costs, and overall operational performance
- 5 years in operations, production, or project management
- Experience in the shopping center industry, design/build, fabrication, retail environments, or experiential installations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
