JOB POSTING – LABORERS
Position summary:
Repairing and cleaning drilling tools in our Bit Repair and Hammer Repair Areas.
Essential Functions:
- Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
- Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators.
- Clean and lubricate equipment.
- Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions.
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.

- Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Experience And Education: High School Diploma (or GED Certificate)
Successful candidate must pass background check and drug screen.
