Center Psychotherapy is expanding services at our new location in partnership with Mind Aligned Wellness & Equine Services, a peaceful therapeutic campus nestled on a scenic farm in Rehoboth, MA. This position is ideal for a clinician who values creativity, flexibility, and the restorative benefits of working in nature.
Clinicians will have the opportunity to utilize thoughtfully designed therapy offices, quiet walking trails for walk-and-talk sessions, outdoor therapeutic spaces, and a spacious indoor area for movement. Surrounded by nature and the calming presence of farm life, our environment offers a unique setting that supports regulation, reflection, and healing while allowing clinicians to tailor treatment to each client's needs.
About Us
Center Psychotherapy is a mission-based growing, trauma-focused group practice seeking a licensed or license-eligible clinician to provide trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
We offer a steady referral stream, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team culture — so you can focus on clinical care, not billing or marketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide trauma-informed therapy (in-person and/or telehealth) to clients across the lifespan.
- Maintain productivity of 25 billable hours within 40-hour work week.
- Complete timely documentation in EHR.
- Collaborate with clinicians and outside providers as needed.
- Attend weekly supervision and monthly team meetings.
