What We're Looking For:
- Licensed PA-C or NP (Family Practice) in the state of Colorado
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in family practice or primary care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with our provider team
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuity of care
