Shift: Weekends 6a-2p and 2p-10p
Duties:
- Provides general administrative, clerical and support services to the clinical unit assigned
- Ensures optimal and safe patient care by supporting medical and nursing staff
- Keeps medical records and all patient care related documents secured and in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Greet visitors and direct them to patient rooms
- Performs receptionist duties
Requirements:
- Must have long-term care experience with knowledge in the following areas: medical terminology, multi-line phones, call light system, filing, ICD-10 knowledge and good phone etiquette
- Have dependable transportation, drivers license and car insurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
