The Assistant Director of Nursing ADON/LPN assists the Director of Nursing as a member of the administrative team of our facility and as such participates in decision-making, policy determination, and planning and operations of the hospital when DON is not able to.
The Assistant Director of Nursing ADON/LPN must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering nursing care and strategies for examining and applying relevant concepts and current leadership, management, and performance improvement concepts and the ability to participate in developing and implementing strategies to address opportunities for improving nursing care.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure
