Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs or physicians.

- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Document patient interactions and care provided accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.

- Associate degree in Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required.
- LPN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
