Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
- Provide medication reminders and help clients follow their care plans
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and keeping living spaces tidy
- Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being and report changes to supervisors or family members
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands,and social activities when needed
- Encourage clients to stay engaged in safe physical activities, hobbies,and conversations
- Maintain clear, accurate records of care providedand observations
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families,and the broader health care team
- Respect each client’s privacy, dignity, and personal preferences at all times
- Ensure a safe home environment by identifying potential hazardsand following safety protocols
