Remote or Hybrid Mental Health Therapist (LPC-MSHP, LCSW, LMFT)

Role Description

This is a contract position for a Mental Health Therapist (LPC-MSHP, LCSW, LMFT) at Center of Hope for Behavioral Health. The role is based in Goodlettsville, TN, and offers a fully remote or hybrid work arrangement. The therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing individual, family, or group therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and effective care for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Treatment Planning to develop individualized and goal-oriented care strategies
• Experience in Social Work and Case Management for supporting clients through coordinated care efforts
• Comprehensive knowledge of Mental Health practices and effective therapeutic interventions
• Relevant clinical licensure, such as LPC-MSHP, LCSW, or LMFT, in the state of Tennessee
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with trauma-informed care and understanding of cultural competency
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Prior experience in outpatient or community-based mental health services is a plus
