- Provide patients with information regarding services or claims
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Swing back office as necessary
Qualifications
- Experience working as a receptionist
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Ability to work towards a common goal with little supervision
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Work as a CNA/MA a plus
