Salary: $16-19/hr

Qualifications/expectations as a Unit Clerk:

• Collect, assemble, check and file resident charts
• Schedule appointments for residents
• maintain medical records in accordance with federal and state guideline
• respond timely to requests for medical records for current and past residents
• ensure all resident charts are complete including doctor signatures
• return incomplete charts to nursing
• maintain physician credentials for current and new doctors
• copy charts as requested
• assist nursing unit with clerical functions as needed
