Qualifications And Description For a Social Worker LSW/ CSW

• BA/BS in social work or a related field is preferred
• Must have the ability to communicate well with the residents and staff
• Maintain the knowledge of problems and difficulties experienced by the geriatric resident, and present solutions to the challenges.
• Must like to be challenged and be able to adapt and change quickly
• Must maintain the ability to handle more than one project at a time
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be professional in all aspects of the job
• Must have a basic knowledge of medications and their possible side effects
