Responsibilities:
- Explain car wash packages to customers and convey key differences between them
- Provide excellent customer experiences
- Safely and promptly direct vehicles onto tunnel track
- Maintain a neat and clean working area
- Perform daily cleanliness tasks assigned by management team
- Follow company's guidelines and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Previous customer service or car wash experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment in varying weather conditions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
