- Conduct residential painting projects to maintain property aesthetics and curb appeal.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience to diagnose and resolve complex issues swiftly.
