Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Position Overview Center for Wealth Preservation is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support a high-performing advisor team in our Syosset office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused wealth management environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and operational support.
You will play a key role in keeping the team organized, ensuring a seamless client experience, and helping move business through the pipeline efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage advisor calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare meeting materials, run reports, and ensure all paperwork is organized in advance.
- Schedule and track annual client reviews and follow-up tasks.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle client service requests, incoming calls, and email correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with new business processing and follow up on outstanding requirements with carriers and internal teams.
- Support seminar and event logistics, client appreciation initiatives, and marketing mailings.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files to support compliance and operational workflows.
- Provide light office support to ensure the advisor team operates efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3 years of administrative experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or a professional office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting client-facing professionals is a plus.
