Janian Medical Care, P.C., seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a Per Diem position (under 21hrs/week) as Attending Psychiatric Provider in New York City. The psychiatric provider is an integrated member of the multidisciplinary team who works to:
- Identify and engage people in need of psychiatric evaluation and treatment
- Provide psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy
- Support recovery goals
- Advocate for patients
- Participate in weekly clinical meetings with other providers
- Implement population health interventions
- Conduct diagnostic interviews and provide psychiatric evaluations
