A local nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals who are blind or visually impaired is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment at our Chester location.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Emptying trash and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Performing outdoor maintenance, including weed trimming and litter removal
- Coordinating with vendors for fire alarm testing and routine pest control services
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Assisting with general building maintenance and other custodial duties as assigned
This position includes both indoor and outdoor work and requires working in a variety of weather conditions.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday
7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and perform physical custodial tasks
