Expanding Musculoskeletal & Sports Medicine Clinic in Brentwood is seeking an energetic, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. The days to work are M-Th at our Murfreesboro location.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with a warm, professional smile and create a positive first impression
- Manage a fast-paced schedule: check-ins, check-outs, appointment scheduling, and phone calls
- Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and handle patient billing questions
- Coordinate with physicians, physical therapists, and clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly
- Maintain accurate patient records in our EMR system (experience with eClinicalWorks, etc. a plus)
- Assist with light administrative tasks (scanning, faxing, referral coordination)
Who You Are:
- Friendly, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping people
- Able to multitask in a busy environment without dropping the ball
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- At least 1–2 years of medical front desk experience (orthopedics, physical therapy, or sports medicine experience strongly preferred)
- Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software quickly
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
Salary : $17 - $20
