Job Summary The occupational therapist is a member of the clinical staff and is responsible for providing treatment and performing evaluations for our clients. He/she is detail-oriented, dependable, has excellent clinical competence and clinical judgment, excels at working in a multidisciplinary team environment, and supports the vision of the company.C. Reporting RelationshipsReports Directly To: Vice President of Clinical Programs Reports Indirectly To: N/ADirectly Supervises: N/AIndirectly Supervises: N/A D. Essential FunctionsScreen and evaluate children and adults with motor and/or sensory disordersWrite evaluation reportsDevelop treatment programs for children and adults with motor and/or sensory disordersProvide teletherapy to individuals with motor and/or sensory disordersMeasure and document outcomes of treatment programsWrite treatment reportsInterface with other members of the client’s team, especially the parents/familyCommunicate treatment issues with supervisory staff Conduct staff and community educationAcquire, at minimum, the continuing education units (CEUs) necessary for license renewalManage support staff (volunteers, parents, etc.) within the clinic or teletherapy session settingProvide ongoing support to CSLOT's marketing effortsContact and schedule sessions directly with clients (Primarily in the Pacific time Zone between 8am PST to 6pm PST)Manage and track clients’ progress report due datesWill work independently from a HIPAA compliant home office setting (when appropriate)Follow CSLOT’s cancellation and makeup policyUnderstand all CSLOT’s payor source services and authorizationsPerform other job-related duties as assignedE.
