Job Summary:
A full time, Registered Nurse is needed to work in our fast-paced, high volume ophthalmic Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care during the perioperative phase
- Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitoring patients before, during, and after surgery
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Valid RN license in the state of South Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in perioperative nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
