Position Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (No nights, weekends, or major holidays)

The Center for Psychiatric Wellness is a premier ambulatory psychiatry clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to our community. Our collaborative, tight-knit team consists of three full-time Adult Nurse Practitioners and one Attending Psychiatrist. We specialize in comprehensive psychiatric medication management and cutting-edge interventional treatments, including Spravato (esketamine) therapy.

We are looking for a dedicated, empathetic, and organized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team and help us deliver exceptional patient care.

As an LPN in our outpatient clinic, you will play a vital role in the daily clinical operations and the patient care continuum. You will work closely with our providers to ensure smooth clinic flow, handle patient communications, and support specialized treatment protocols in a warm, welcoming environment.

• Direct Patient Support: Welcome patients, take and record accurate vital signs, and prepare them for their appointments.
• Medication Reconciliation: Complete thorough medication reconciliations prior to provider visits to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Spravato Treatment Support: Assist in the administration, monitoring, and post-treatment care of patients undergoing Spravato (esketamine) treatments, ensuring strict adherence to REMS protocols.
• Clinical Communications: Manage incoming clinical phone calls and portal messages; triage patient concerns and escalate to providers as appropriate.
• Administrative Care Coordination: Efficiently navigate and process prior authorizations for psychiatric medications and treatments to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
• Collaboration: Act as a critical liaison between patients, pharmacies, and our providers.

• License: Current, unrestricted Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of [Insert State].
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of LPN experience required. Prior experience in outpatient psychiatry, behavioral health, or substance use treatment is highly preferred.
• Skills: * Strong proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and phone triage skills.
• High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic setting.
• Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
