We're Hiring: Literacy & Reading Intervention Coach
Reading proficiency is one of the most significant levers for student success. We are seeking an experienced literacy leader to join our team as a Literacy & Reading Intervention Coach, supporting educators in delivering evidence-based reading instruction across partner schools.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering professional development, workshops, and side-by-side coaching on evidence-based reading instruction and multi-tiered intervention strategies
- Supporting teachers in implementing High Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM)
- Guiding educators in analyzing literacy data — including screening tools and diagnostic assessments — to identify student needs, design interventions, and monitor progress
- Maintaining organized documentation of coaching services, intervention plans, and student progress
- Participating in Professional Learning Communities, team meetings, and project-specific collaboration with coaches, school leadership, and stakeholders
