What You'll Do
As an Orthodontic Assistant/Clinician, you'll play an active role in our patients' treatment and overall experience, including:
- Providing exceptional chairside orthodontic care
- Assisting with orthodontic procedures and treatment
- Taking digital X-rays, photographs, scans, and patient records
- Educating patients and families about treatment, oral hygiene, appliances, and home care
- Preparing, sterilizing, and maintaining instruments and clinical areas
- Supporting efficient patient flow while maintaining a calm and positive environment
- Working closely with our clinical team to provide consistent, high-quality patient care
- Participating in our digital and 3D orthodontic workflows

Required:
- Active New Jersey dental X-ray license
Preferred:
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
- Previous orthodontic experience
- Experience with digital orthodontic workflows
- 3D lab experience is a plus
