We're a growing oral surgery practice looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You'll work directly with our surgeons during consultations and guide patients through their treatment journey. Dental experience is a plus but not required – we'll train the right person.
Role and Responsibilities The Treatment Coordinator will work alongside our surgeons during patient consultations, manage treatment plans, and guide patients through their surgical journey—from initial diagnosis to post-op follow-up.

Role and Responsibilities The Treatment Coordinator will work alongside our surgeons during patient consultations, manage treatment plans, and guide patients through their surgical journey—from initial diagnosis to post-op follow-up.
- Enter treatment plans into our practice management system in real-time during the surgeon's clinical exam
- Walk patients through treatment options, costs, and financing (CareCredit, Cherry, Proceed Finance)
- Manage implant case trackers and coordinate follow-up appointments
- Confirm surgical appointments and ensure patients are prepared for procedures
- Collect payments and maintain patient insurance information
- Be the consistent, reliable face patients can count on throughout their journey
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of customer service experience required
- Medical or dental experience preferred (not required)
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, inviting, and professional presence
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software
