Header: Responsibilities
- Assist Neurologists during patient examinations by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and preparing patients for procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, medical histories, and treatment plans
- Support patient intake processes, including verifying insurance information, updating medical records, and explaining procedures to patients
- Monitor and record vital signs and perform basic physiology assessments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas, including exam rooms and medical equipment management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in hospital medicine, outpatient clinics, or emergency medicine settings to provide seamless patient care
