Nurse Practitioner – Holistic Med Spa

Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our spa as an independent provider. This role is ideal for an NP who has an existing client base or is actively building a professional presence on social media, and is comfortable creating educational and promotional content to grow the med spa’s community.
The NP will perform a variety of medical aesthetic treatments, educate clients on holistic wellness, and collaborate with the spa team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations to assess skin health, treatment goals, and medical history.
- Perform medical aesthetic treatments including (but not limited to):
- PRF injections (Platelet-Rich Fibrin)
- Microneedling with PRF
- PDO thread lifts
- Laser therapies (e.g., Fotona, resurfacing)
- Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare, and holistic wellness.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all medical and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with estheticians and spa staff to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Consistently create content (videos, reels, social posts) to educate and engage the spa’s community.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to grow both personal and spa client base.
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in California
- Existing client base preferred, OR strong social media presence with active engagement
- Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic procedures
- Strong communication, client education, and sales skills
- Comfortable filming and posting content consistently to educate clients and grow community
- Passion for holistic wellness and high-end client experience
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Compensation Structure:
- Independent provider model: commission-based percentage of sales
