What your days look like
- Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services across the board
- Mentor RBTs & Case Managers-helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence
- Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional
- Maintain high-quality documentation, communication and clinical standards throughout.
What you bring
- Active BCBA Certification
- Masters in ABA, Psychology or related field
- 2 years supervising clinical staff
- Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET)
- Reliable car, CA driver’s license & insurance
- CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire
Compensation & Perks:
- Hourly Rate: $45-$60 (depending on experience and education)
- Salary position available if willingly to drive to Modesto
- Company-issued tablet or laptop
